Installation
bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ AllRelatedRecipientsTicket 6.0.1.opm
Configuration
This module does not use system configuration
Use
To use this module, you must first access the attendant's environment, the administration area and click or notify tickets
Then click a notification or create a new one.
Regardless of the option you clicked earlier, in the recipients area, choose the All the Related containers in the ticket option and click confirm
it is recommended to change the model of the notification to be sent, because by default the template comes with the name of the recipient, but as it is possible to add recipients not registered in OTRS, it is advisable to remove.
To remove, go to notification text and in the template in Portuguese, remove the following tag:
After this step, all recipients entered in the copy field of the call will receive the notification via Email.
